Application Form and Payment


If you do not provide a ULN to us as part of your application, we will search for one on the LRS (Learner Record Service). If there is still no ULN on the LRS, we will create one using the information you have provided. If you do not wish to have your information shared with the LRS, you must notify us in writing at the time of applying to sit your exams. In order to enter for any exam/assessment, you must register with us in writing. Please complete the application form and return it to us (by post, email or in person) to start the application process. Ensure you leave plenty of time before any deadlines (at least 7 days is recommended). A list of fees and deadlines are available on each of the qualification pages

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or credit/debit card.

Details of bank transfers will be given to you once an application form has been completed.


Tutors and Exams Ltd will only share your data with your Tutor or Exam Boards for exam and access arrangement purposes only.

Photos and ID can be sent electronically with your form. Forms sent by Email will be accepted as “signed electronically”.


Our primary form of contact is by email. All change requests must be issued in writing either by post or email. All exam information will be sent via email to the email address listed for the candidate.

Results & Certificates

Results will be sent to the email address provided for the candidate above. If the candidate is under 18 and/or their fees have been paid for by a third party, we reserve the right to issue the learner’s results to the bill payer, providing this a parent/carer or recognised learning provider.
