Arty Artisans is run by myself (Kim) I am a mum of 3, a wife and artist who loves all things ARTY.
Arty Artisans is a registered Arts Award Centre, A Trinity College London Champion centre, It’s registered with the AQA Unit Award Schemes and is also in partnership with Tutors & Exams for GCSE’s & ALevels in Art & Design.
About Me
Arty Artisans was set up by myself after having my first child so I could share my Art skills and knowledge with others independently. I have been a teacher of Art & Design since 2009.
I have Qualified Teacher Status and am an Arts Award Adviser for the Bronze, Silver and Gold Arts Awards and I am registered with the AQA Unit Award Scheme.
I hold a PGCE in Art & Design Education from the Institute of Education in London (IOE), a BA Honors degree is Spatial Design from Falmouth University, a Diploma in 3D Art & Design and a Diploma in Art and Design from Richmond Upon Theme Collage (RUTC).
I love being experimental, creative and joyful. I enjoy experimenting and exploring a wide range of materials and subject matter.
I take great pride and joy watching my student’s confidence grow alongside building and developing their skills and knowledge of a subject tailored to suit their interests, aspirations and inspirations.
I have a very relaxed, professional and enthusiastic approach to teaching Art.

My Qualifications:
- PGCE in Art and Design from the Institute Of Education in London (IOE)
