This is an overdue but heartfelt message of thanks to you, Jenny and your whole team for your help and support with the submission of predicted grades. The response of everyone we worked with was professional and cordial, even as you held our feet to the fire.
We have learned a lot from the experience, and if we need to go into this jungle again, which seems likely, there is no-one we would rather have as our partner than T&E.
