Provisions Plus+ was established by Jade Neivens-Brown in September 2024, following a distinguished career in Alternative Provision. Our mission is to uphold the highest standards in the delivery of unregistered Alternative Provision and to enhance the visibility of how Alternative Provision can positively impact young people and families across the country.
To achieve this, we are developing a National Network of unregistered service providers committed to striving for excellence in service delivery and working towards a best practice model. We offer quality assurance assessments, a tailored series of staff training sessions, collaborative insight initiatives, networking events, CPD opportunities and much more, all aimed at fostering a community of like-minded professionals within the sector.
Provisions Plus+ offers services to schools, ensuring they feel confident in their pursuit of best practices when accessing or preparing to access Alternative Provision from unregistered service providers. To facilitate this, we have developed a tailored internal assessment designed to review and provide guidance on best practices and ongoing developments.
Additionally, schools can engage Provisions Plus+ to conduct Quality Assurance visits and assessments for any Alternative Provision being utilised, thereby ensuring full compliance with established standards.
Provisions Plus+ offers services to Local Authorities aimed at developing or enhancing Alternative Provisions Frameworks, an area in which Jade has demonstrated remarkable success in her previous role. We can also be commissioned to facilitate or lead on quality assurance assessments on behalf of Local Authorities. Our consultancy services encompass all aspects related to Alternative Provision, and we are committed to elevating its profile within communities. We strive to
provide free support and guidance to parents and caregivers whenever necessary.
Moreover, Provisions Plus+ places significant emphasis on ensuring that all professionals within this rewarding sector receive the recognition they rightfully deserve for their hard work and dedication through our Alterna Prestige initiative.
