STEMtastic is an education consultancy with a focus on Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths founded by Kirsty Bertenshaw.
STEMtastic aims to deliver learning to students of all ages, all abilities, and all learning styles in fun and engaging ways, encouraging a love of the STEM subjects and an understanding of how they apply to the real world.?
For the Home Educated Community, STEMtastic offers sessions delivering Science with a STEM focus in a fun and engaging way in village halls and public buildings as well as KS3 and GCSE specific learning for Science and Maths in group sessions and 1 – 1 tutoring.

I have been a Teacher of Science for 13 years and absolutely love teaching!
During my time teaching within schools, I developed an extracurricular STEM club promoting fun while learning. This became very successful, winning “Best STEM Club in the West Midlands” for 2 years running as well as a special invite to the Big Bang Fair at the Houses of Parliament and being featured on the cover of the National Science and Engineering Challenge Pack. I myself achieved a nomination for Most Dedicated STEM Teacher and was in the top 3 teachers in the country in 2012, followed by Most Dedicated STEM Teacher nomination in 2013.
?I feel very passionate about promoting STEM, and enabling all students to access the learning that meets their needs, and began the company to provide the support I believe all students are entitled to.
