St Neots - Tutors & Exams

An incredibly professional, student focussed centre that has exceeded our expectations in supporting and facilitating the best outcome possible for our Son. Rachel ( Centre Manager) and her team have been outstanding in dealing with a technicality liasing between governing bodies to ensure this did not have a negative impact. I cannot recommend this centre enough for private candidates, they are dilagent and responsive to emails, always returning calls. The support and understanding offered has been phenominal. They really do care about their students. Thank you.
My non-speaking son has recently sat his GCSE maths exam in the St Neots centre . The staff and invigilators have been incredibly supportive and flexible to ensure his very specific entrance requirements were met. They were extremely inclusive and empathetic. Thankyou very much indeed.
My daughter sat a GCSE exam by remote invigilation through Tutors & Exams St Neots. There were some teething problems but overall the experience was a very positive one.
There was no faulting the efforts made by those involved in this process. I must give a special mention for Adam who was outstanding at all times.

Great experience working with these guys some great staff members good team to work with will recommend to anyone that wants to sit there's exams
mIxed experience. Mock exam was excellent, but the real exams were held somewhere completely different, 30 minutes away, The marquee venue was not at all appropriate for a GCSE exam, it's practically outdoors!
Communication is VERY poor. Having enrolled and paid for a GCSE maths exam, and doing a mock,I didn't receive any further emails, because my email address had wrongly been inputted by TAE staff (easy mistake), yet no-one at TAE seemed to think anything of it bouncing back undelivered! I phoned the week before the first exam to find out if I needed to know anything, which is when I discovered I didn't have the portal set up, and had missed lots of communication including that the exams were not where we expected, nor where we had practised for the mock.
I also had cause to complain about one exam experience, and my complaint was not even acknowledged.
The most recent exam was better organised. I may increase my rating score if I hear back from my second contact-us form.

I just had my GCSE math exam with this company. The whole thing was disorganised and a shambles. I arrived at 8:45 as requested for a 9:30 start. There was a huge que outside where I waited for 50 minutes to register my name. When I entered the Marquee it was freezing cold, I found my seat and sat there for 1 hour with no update as to why the delay in the start of the exam. The staff were all running about coming in and out of the Marquee looking at paperwork and then back outside to the que of people. The exam eventually started at 10:30, an hour later than it should have been. I found it hard to concentrate because I was so cold and the delay made it more stressful then it already was.
We have used this exam centre for three sittings now and the experience has always been positive. The staff are friendly and approachable, and quickly sorted a mistake I had made with an exam booking. Yes, there was a slight delay in getting in for the first of the Summer maths series, but hardly surprising considering the huge numbers of attendees. Most of the delay was down to many students not reading the regulations beforehand or having the correct equipment. Subsequent exams ran smoother. I will definitely be using them again for my other child when the time comes.
We are so pleased to have collaborated with the centre to run our first aid courses. A lovely venue, spacious, choice of rooms, refreshments and IT equipment. The staff are friendly and supportive, the business development team are professional and often support us with hiring the venue, even at short notice. The venue is reasonably priced. Adam is easy to work with on all our bookings and the staff at St. Neots centre too. Thank you.
Absolutely brilliant. My son who has ASD was really quite worried about taking his exams. The team was really great and understanding and gave clear instructions to keep the calm! Seemed like my son even quite enjoyed taking his exams!
We are so thankful we found this centre for our anxious home educated child to take her GCSE exams. We were so well looked after and it wasn't long that my child felt totally at ease with the exam taking process. I loved the tucked away quiet location, the purpose built building, without any through-traffic from the general public. The staff were so friendly and professional and everything is organised super efficiently. I highly recommend Tutors & Exams St Neots.
An amazing centre, I absolutely recommend. The place is nice and cosy, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful, and really look after you.
A huge thank you to your lovely team for being so kind and friendly to us this week. The warm welcome each morning was just what B needed to keep calm before her exam. We couldn't have asked for a better environment.
