Good morning,

I am a parent of a teenager who just took his Summer exams in 2022. As expected, it was a really stressful time for all our family.

However, I would like to give a big shout out to Tutors and Exams Coventry centre. Not only did they help him on the days that exams took place, but also assisted us throughout the exam season. Always answering our queries, or issues we may have had, the same day, be it on the phone or by email.

After the exams we had some issues and questions, and again, Tutors and Exam centre were there for us.

Also, as we have our younger child starting his IGCSE journey this year, we will definitely register him to Tutors and Exams.

Hi I recently sat A level Sociology at Doncaster Tutors and Exams and passed with a grade B. The centre was easy to find with onsite parking. The staff were extremely helpful helping me feel relaxed. I had got stuck in traffic before my second exam and arrived in a fluster. The staff checked i was ok and were very helpful at getting me in the exam quickly. haven’t sat an exam in 18 years so didn’t know what to expect but it was a calm , relaxing centre with not to many candidates. I had lots of questions prior to the exam which I emailed over. I always received a reply and reassurance from the staff.

We would like to express our gratitude to the St Neots Tutors and Exams Services in the UK, for their great efficiency and professionalism at the work they do. Moreover, their level of kindness and understanding they have all shown before, during and after the examinations process, is outstanding, especially when dealing with nervous foreign students prior to the exams. My ward from Thailand did her exams at St Neots Tutors & Exams in January 2022, and the guidance she received throughout the whole process was absolutely the best. We are very happy and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I recently finished taking my exams at your exam centre and I wanted to give my opinion on my experience there.

Your staff are some of the kindest people I have met, they take their job so seriously and yet give off such a relaxed and cheerful vibe. They were so helpful and answered all my questions, and had great initiative whenever any problems arose.

The building itself was the best exam centre I’ve ever been to, it was very quiet in the exam room, it was well lit, and most importantly to me, it had these wonderful quiet fans that kept me and the candidates cooled during the exams. The location of the exam centre was also easy to find and travel to.

Even when I was struggling to book my science exams, your exam centre was the only people I contacted who were able to help me and figure out a solution for me.

This has been my best exam experience yet, I felt very supported and relaxed during my time at the exam centre. I will definitely recommend your centre to anyone I know who needs to take their exams independently.

We have had the pleasure of visiting Tutors & Exams, St Neots for five exam dates. On all five occasions, Julia, Alison and their fabulous team of invigilators have made my child feel welcome and secure. There have been concerns around Covid and anxieties surrounding that and we were reassured over the phone and on our pre-exam visit. Nothing has been too much trouble. This has helped tremendously as exam time is full of nerves and anxieties at the best of times, let alone with the added stresses of the virus.

The staff have always greeted us with smiles and been friendly each time. The process has been simple and straightforward. Once inside the centre, my child found their specific table had been marked clearly, the exam details were clearly visible on the white board and the candidate details were clearly shown on each desk.

The Invigilators are approachable and are there to help. All in all, the whole experience has been relaxed and, as a parent and candidate, we both have full confidence in St Neots T&E and will not hesitate to use the centre again.

I just wanted to say a quick thank you to you and the staff at Tutors and Exams – sitting exams at any age is such a nerve wracking and stressful experience but on each occasion you have provided a calm and friendly atmosphere that really made all the difference. A smile when you’re nervous goes such a long way!

My son, Aidan, sat his first IGCSE today. It’s his first experience of an exam and our first experience with Tutors & Exams Belfast.
I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate the efforts you made to put the participants at ease. When I asked him how it went his first comment was that he thought he did well in the paper then his second comment was how friendly ‘the man in the shorts’ was. He loved his Dad joke! It really helped to put him at ease.  All in all Aidan’s experience was very positive and I’m delighted to have found such a good exam centre for the rest of his exams. I’ll definitely be recommending you to others!

Hi, I would just like to say a big thank you for the positive experience you gave my daughter yesterday.  My 14 year old daughter sat her first ever exam yesterday (IGCSE Geography) and obviously was a bit nervous. Everything was calm and well organised. The staff were kind and helpful. This really helped keep her calm and positive and gave her confidence to take more exams in the future.

I am so grateful for the support of Tutors and Exams for enabling me to secure the qualification I need. The communication from T&E was so professional and I thought the week was brilliantly organised – the quality of teaching from the physics department at Harrow School was superb. I had a fantastic experience doing the CPAC with Tutors and Exams and would absolutely recommend their services.

I would like to extend my thanks to you all for your rapid response and hard work in arranging this access application for S. I would have understood if you were unable to process this for S as my request was long after your deadline, however the way that you were willing and able to collate everything you needed for the report speaks volumes for your professionalism and dedication to the candidates who sit with you. I am truly grateful for your assistance, and feel now that, thanks to your efforts, S has a chance of a fair shot at his GCSEs.

Tutors & Exams Bolton accommodated my daughter as a displaced candidate when the 6th form she was due to take her GCSEs at decided that they could no longer give calculated grades to Private Candidates just before the deadline.
Despite the late notice they went above and beyond to fit in a number of candidates who would otherwise have been unable to progress to 6th form. When some grades had been moderated down, they carried out an appeal for students and the grades were subsequently increased by the exam board.
They have been friendly and professional and extremely helpful thorough out.
Would definitely recommend as an exam centre.

I WANTED TO THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DID FOR DILLON IN HELPING HIM TO BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A PREDICTED GRADE. HE GOT 2 PASSES IN HIS ENGLISH AND MATHS. I would like to thank Tutors & Exams for their support and professional handling of the GCSE exams for us this year. At such a difficult time, we could not be anymore grateful to you. As private candidates, we were left with very few options and Tutors & Exams have performed exactly as they said at every stage without fail. SCL are so thankful that we had the support of T&E as we would have struggled without the calm supportive approach of T&E throughout COVID 19 and the strange processes that we all needed to deal with regarding exams! T&E were very proactive in liaising from day one with all awarding bodies and keeping us fully informed of all processes.

After having had a terrible experience with a previous exam centre, we found Tutors & Exams at St Neots a breath of fresh air. Booking the exams was easy, any queries were answered quickly by email. On the day of the exams (my son sat 4 exams), everything was super organised and calm, they even greeted my son by name! He got great results and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

What a wonderful service provided by this professional but caring team. They could not have done more to create the very best environment for our children to sit their GCSE and IGCSE exams. Great venue with a large car park (Barracks car park) 2 minutes away. Highly recommended!

I have been meaning since October to say thank you for all your help and support concerning Joseph’s access arrangements for his English IGCSE. I am doing so very late, but before the result which I seem to remember comes next week, because I want to thank you regardless of the result!

I think it was quite complicated and time consuming for everyone involved to sort out the software, computer etc, but I am really grateful for your support throughout. And thank you, Katie, for your encouraging approach on the exam days.

I hope it works out and that Joseph passes – his course work has been pass standard – but we shall wait and see. Fingers crossed!

Tutors & Exams have been a fantastic exam centre and we thoroughly recommend them to all private candidates. They have a wealth of experience, and their professionalism shines through in everything they do. They are a very people-centred organisation and are willing to go the extra mile for each candidate. For example, they do not charge for access arrangements, but instead take on the costs themselves. My son took his GCSE exams with Tutors & Exams in 2021 during strict covid restrictions. This was a very stressful time as I hadn’t homeschooled before and applying for exams was a minefield (especially as my child needed access arrangements) – until I found Tutors & Exams. Although government guidelines kept changing and Tutors & Exams were unsure of how they would change next, they kept parents fully informed and guided us through every step and indeed every change. We were never in the dark about what was happening and there was always someone to talk to for advice. I was never made to feel a nuisance or silly.
