We are currently dealing with Tutors and Exams Birmingham to get my daughter through her A Level as her online provider let us down. I'm going to echo what a lot of people have said. Tutors and Exams have been fantastic to deal with from the start. You call and you get to talk to an actual human! Not an AI chatbot, it's very refreshing and if you're lucky enough to get through and talk to Kelly she will not let you down in any area, she's super professional and helpful. If you are looking to book exams outside of the usual route Tutors and Exams Birmingham is an excellent choice.

A great team to work for where everyone is friendly and supportive of each other. All are focused on providing a safe and calm environment for the students in what can be an anxious time for them. Kelly, the Centre Manager, is fantastic - organised, efficient and professional. Her communication is excellent and she is very proactive in dealing with potential issues. She is also extremely personable with staff, students and parents alike, as is Rhys, the Exams Officer. It is a pleasure working there.

The team at T&E Birmingham are always helpful and helped me during exam season which are an extremely stressful time. We used the centre for a mock exam. Communication from the staff was outstanding as was the location and parking. My son who suffers from anxiety came out from the mock exam feeling more informed, at ease and happy with the whole experience. This was due to the care shown by the staff as well as their professionalism and understanding of the exam system.
We received a copy of the mock on the same day as well as the mark scheme - we used the unmarked service. This was greatly appreciated as it saved time searching for the mark scheme on the Internet.
I cannot rate Tutors and Exams highly enough and will be using the centre again in the near future.

Everything went brilliantly for my daughter at this exam centre. She is home schooled due to anxiety and we worried so much about where she would sit her exams. But we needn't have worried - everything went smoothly and my daughter had a very positive experience. Communication was excellent from start to finish and she had the accessibility arrangements she needed sorted out easily. The centre is quiet and calm, with different rooms to accommodate different needs. I managed to park very close by, and found lovely cafes to sit and wait in, and a lovely free art gallery to wander around. Definitely recommend.
The team are very professional, friendly and approachable. They were prompt in responding to any queries I had. My son did his first GCSEs here in May (he is home educated and age 14). He said he actually enjoyed the experience as the team put him at ease and were friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend! The exam centre itself is easy to get to and modern and well equipped. Tutors & Exams have been a very good company to deal with!
T&E really do understand the needs of home ed candidates, including those who may require access arrangements for exams. We started off using their Coventry centre with my eldest son, but have now switched to the new Birmingham centre as it is so much easier to get to on public transport (tram stop 2 minutes away, train station a 10 minute walk). Kelly and her team are warm, friendly and supportive - highly recommended.

Great communication and venue. Staff are really helpful and respond fast. Rooms are a great size for classroom delivery and had positive feedback from learners and staff using the venue
Amazing centre. The staff were so hospitable and helpful to me as an under 16 candidate. Their aid and support translated into formidable comfort in my exams- to which I am eternally thankful for. The very centre is a very clean, coordinated and organised; in which I sat one of my most important of exams.

In the lead up to the exams, the staff were supportive, informative and very accommodating. The process was easy. The exam centre was at an accessible location with parking around. The exams were conducted efficiently. Very impressed.
