Was in the Romford Branch and both Ruth & Leah are amazing and showed me around on the Open Day ok Thurs. I feel assured my daughter will be ok taking her exams there. Contacting the centre initially took me a long time & no one picked up which led me to a call centre somewhere not in Uk. I was initially feeling they are not eager for business and was looking for alternative centres. But once I got through via email to Romford centre directly, response was faster and I felt more welcomed and Leah arranged a visit for me and I was able to go down to the centre within my short stay I was in Uk.

I would like to thank the team at the Romford T&E centre for their efforts during the recent A-Level exams. Joe and his team of invigilators were so kind, helpful and did everything they could to make the students feel as safe and supported as possible. They remembered my daughter's name from the first visit and what she needed, despite it being a fairly last minute exam centre change. Nothing was ever a problem and I, as her parent, was also treated with kindness and respect, and as a human being! Such a lovely change. A HUGE thank you to Joe in particular as the leader of this team; he is an absolute star.

The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The environment was so cosy, clean, and organised as well. They have good facilities. I took my IGCSE English exam there, was very satisfied with my exam experience with them.

I sat my a levels here in may/June and the invigilators here are part of the reason I got into my firm choice uni!

I had a panic attack in multiple of my exams, I was unaware before sitting them that I had exam anxiety as I had never sat an exam properly before, but the invigilators were so supportive!
They encouraged me to go back into one of my exams after giving me time to calm down, and because of this I ended up writing the rest of the exam and getting the grade I needed. They made accommodations on the spot by allowing me to go into a separate room and make up the time I had lost.
now I’m off to a top uni and couldn’t be more thankful for their help during the time I really needed it!

Having left school with severe anxiety in year 10, we felt everything was hopeless, but thanks to tutors and exams. My daughter was able to take her GCSE virtually a stress free way in a calm and welcoming environment.

I would definitely recommend going to visit the centre prior to the GCSE’s. Perhaps even visit a couple of times if the child is particularly anxious.

It has a clean, comfortable and neutral environment with several smaller rooms if a child is particularly anxious All has medical needs which should be arranged in advance! The staff, particularly Joe and Cody were reassuring and calm and listened to the my child’s needs. The Invigilators were all friendly but professional, and also calm.

I had to take my IGCSE's in summer via tutors and exams and upon turning up to take my exams was greeted with the most helpful and friendly team you could imagine! Everyone is incredibly professional and just a joy to be around and I would highly recommend tutors and exams to anyone needing to take their exams privately! Fingers crossed I don't have to take anymore exams but if I do it will definitely be through tutors and exams!
