As we gear up for the Summer ‘25 exam series, we want to take a moment to reiterate our zero tolerance policy, which applies to both candidates and parents.

It’s important to remember that any form of aggressive behaviour towards our staff – be it verbal or physical – will not be tolerated. We’re committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for our team, and we expect everyone entering our exam centres to uphold these same standards.

We understand that exams can be a stressful time, and emotions can run high. However, there is never an excuse for aggressive behaviour. Remember, our team are here to support you. They work very hard behind the scenes to organise the logistics, ensure the integrity of the exams, and provide assistance on the day. Please remember to communicate politely and follow all rules and guidelines set in place.
