Access Arrangements: Summer 2027 Deadlines
Even though the summer exam series seem a lifetime away, the deadlines to apply for Access Arrangements are right around the corner! To ensure everything goes smoothly on exam day, you need to make sure your applications and all supporting evidence are submitted on time.
Key Dates & Deadlines
If you’re sitting your exams with us in Summer 2027 and need Access Arrangements in place, please mark down these important dates so you don’t miss out:
- 20th December 2026: Deadline for Remote Invigilation, Modified Papers, & Home Invigilation.
- 10th January 2027: Deadline for all other Access Arrangements (including all required supporting evidence).
Important Note: These are the dates by which all evidence must be received. Late submissions will unfortunately not be processed, so it’s always best to get everything in as early as possible.
Next Steps: What You Need to Do
- Check the Requirements: Visit the Tutors & Exams Access Arrangements Page to find out what documentation and evidence are required for your specific needs.
- Submit Your Application: Once you have everything ready, complete your application at https://www.tutorsandexams.uk/apply/.
- Watch for Your Evidence Request: After your entries are made, keep an eye on your inbox for an email from aa@tutorsandexams.uk requesting your relevant evidence. Remember to also check your junk folder before reaching out to us.
A Note on Processing Times
Once you’ve submitted your application and all required evidence, please rest assured that our team will be in touch with you. During busy periods, review times can take a little longer than usual as we work through every submission carefully.
If you haven’t heard back straight away, there’s no need to worry – as long as everything has been sent, our Access Arrangements team is working hard behind the scenes and will update you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
