Exam Ready: Your Summer 2025 Checklist
Can you believe it? Summer ‘25 exams are just around the corner! It might feel like you’ve got loads of time, but trust us, it will fly by. Now is the perfect time to make sure you’re fully prepared.
One of the best ways to feel in control is to get organised. Have you started thinking about what you need to do to get ready? Creating a simple checklist can make a huge difference in keeping you on track and reducing any last-minute stress.
Important Things to Remember for Exam Day:
It’s not just about what you’ve revised; it’s also about following the rules on the day. Here are some key things to keep in mind:
- Your Stationery Pack: Get your required stationery ready in advance. Make sure you have everything you need for each specific exam. Remember, we also have approved stationery exam packs that you can buy in advance or on the day (check out our Fees List for prices).
- Transparent Bags Only: Your stationery must be in a clear, transparent bag. This is really important, so don’t forget!
- No Labels: Take off any labels from your water bottles and your transparent stationery bag. This is a strict rule in all exam rooms.
- Leave Electronic Devices Behind: This means no mobile phones, smartwatches, or any other electronic gadgets are allowed in the exam room. It’s best to leave them at home or hand them in as instructed by the invigilators.
- Timekeeping: You won’t be allowed to wear a wristwatch or smartwatch during the exam. There will be a clock in the exam room, and the invigilators will keep you updated on the time.
- Arrive Early: Make sure you arrive at least 45 minutes before your exam is scheduled to start. This gives you plenty of time to get checked in and settled at your assigned desk without feeling rushed.
- Bring Your ID: This is a big one – don’t forget to bring it with you!
By being prepared and knowing the rules beforehand, you can walk into your exams feeling more confident and ready to do your best.
