We know how important timely and accurate support is for our centres, and this new team is dedicated to providing just that. They are on hand to assist with your questions and any support you might need as you work with Tutors & Exams.

You can rely on our Customer Service team for general enquiries and questions. They’re here to act as a bridge, helping you navigate our services and internal teams effectively.
However, for complex, personal, or unique queries (especially those relating to individual circumstances or specific arrangements) will still need to be addressed directly with your registered centre.

We’re incredibly excited about the team, but it’s important to remember they have only just started. They are a new team and are still actively learning all the ins and outs of our processes and systems.
