Oxbridge: Support for Affected Learners
Were you studying with Oxbridge Home Learning before they went into administration and ceased trading? Are you now looking for a solution to continue your studies and sit your exams?
At Tutors & Exams, we’ve established a specialist team to support those affected by the Oxbridge fall-out. If you’ve been impacted, please contact our dedicated support team at [email protected].
In addition, we have worked closely with our trusted learning partners to create a dedicated Learning Partner Support Team, who are on hand to support you on your educational pathway. Whether you need new learner arrangements, guidance on next steps, or simply reassurance on your study options, our team is here to help.
We want to assure you that we’re in this together. As our strapline says, we open learning doors – and we remain fully committed to supporting every candidate to ensure those doors stay open and accessible.
Through our experience and partnerships, we can help you find a suitable way forward. When contacting us, it would be really helpful if you could share a few details about your tuition so far – such as:
- The qualification(s) you’re working towards
- The level of study
- Any tuition you have already completed
This will help us understand your current position and allow us to offer the most appropriate support.
Are you still planning to sit your examinations during the 2026 summer series? Please let us know.
At this time, we’d like to make it clear that Tutors & Exams is not directly involved with Oxbridge Limited or any associated company. If you believe Oxbridge booked your exams with us, it’s important you contact us immediately – they have not booked or paid for any exams, and we have received no communication from them.
As the UK’s leading independent assessment centre, our focus is on supporting candidates, parents, and tutors through these challenges. We’re doing this by offering practical advice, guidance, and flexible exam packages to ensure your education isn’t disrupted by these recent events.
If you’ve already made payments to Oxbridge, and paid by credit or debit card, you may wish to contact your bank or card provider to initiate a chargeback (or Section 75 claim, if applicable). Keeping records of all communication and receipts will help support your case.
We’re here to help.
Kindest regards,
Tutors and Exams Senior Management Team
