Behind the scenes of every successful exam season is a dedicated team working tirelessly to ensure everything runs smoothly. Today, we want to shine a spotlight on our incredible Access Arrangements team and the crucial work they do.

Recently, we’ve seen an increase in audit checks from Pearson for our online access arrangements applications. This means they are requesting to see the evidence that supports each application to ensure it’s fully compliant with regulations.

In just one day, our Access Arrangements team handled five separate audit requests for candidates from Coventry, High Wycombe, Romford, St Neots, and Taunton. They quickly and efficiently provided all the relevant evidence needed for each candidate, and we’re delighted to share that all five applications passed their audit checks with flying colours!

This fantastic result is a testament to the team’s commitment to gathering the correct evidence and strictly adhering to JCQ regulations.
