Understanding Your Exam Results on TECH

We know results day can be a bit overwhelming, so we want to clear up a few common questions we’ve received from parents and candidates this morning.

When you log in to your TECH portal, you’ll find a direct link to your results right on the home screen, just under the candidate’s name. Please check there before contacting your centre about your results.

You may see your grade listed in a column labelled “First Grade.” This is simply how the awarding organisation sends the results to us, and it is the correct grade you have been issued.

The results you’ve received are provisional, meaning they’re subject to change if you use our Enquiry About Results (EAR) service to have them reviewed. Your results will only become final after the EAR stage and once your certificate is printed.

For more information about our EAR services, please visit our webpage here: https://www.tutorsandexams.uk/enquiries-about-results/

Certificates will be sent directly to your entering centre in November. They will then be distributed to the address you have on file, therefore please ensure your personal details are up to date.

If you still have further questions, please check out our FAQs page.
