After payment has been made, you’ll receive a “Welcome” email containing your login details for your personal TECH (Tutors & Exams Candidate Hub) account. This is your central hub for all exam-related communications and where we’ll connect with you throughout the entire exam process. You’ll find all vital information here, including:

  • Timetable and Exam Day Instructions: These are usually sent out by the end of March, so keep an eye out for them.
  • Notices and Communications: We will also send other important updates and information about your exams via your TECH account, so it’s crucial to check it regularly to stay in the loop.
