You’ve booked your exams – what happens next?

Thank you for booking your exams at one of our centres. We understand that you might have some questions about what happens next, so we would like to provide you with more information.

After you’ve made the booking, you (or the bill payer) will receive an invoice from us. Once the payment is made, you will receive a ‘Welcome’ email along with your login details for your personal TECH (Tutors & Exams Candidate Hub).

It is important to note that sometimes our emails may end up in your spam/junk folder, so please make sure to check. To stop this from happening, please add Tutors & Exams to your safe sender list.

Your TECH account is where we will communicate with you throughout the exam process. It is personalised for you and will serve as a platform to receive your timetable and exam day instructions, usually sent out by the end of March. Additionally, we may also send other notices and communications via your TECH account, so it is crucial to regularly check it to stay updated.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, please contact the specific centre you have booked with, and we will respond within 48 hours. We also have a Frequently Asked Questions webpage where you can find the answers to common queries.
