Our team is working hard to ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone. To keep our community supportive, please remember to treat our staff with respect at all times. Whether you are speaking with us in person at the exam centres or reaching out via our social channels and email, please keep your communication professional and kind.

We do not tolerate abusive language, threats, or harassment towards our staff. If you are feeling stressed or have questions about your exams, please reach out to us. We’re much better equipped to help when the conversation remains respectful.
