Important Notice: Exam Regulations and Centre Access

We would like to remind everyone of the security protocols mandated by the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ). To ensure a fair and secure testing environment for all candidates, please take note of the following:

• The Arrival Queue: Parents and guardians are welcome to wait with the candidate in the outdoor queue before signing in for their exam.
• Entrance Policy: Once the candidate reaches the building entrance, we kindly ask that you leave them to enter independently. Parents and guardians are strictly prohibited from entering the centre or waiting in corridors.

Maintaining Integrity

These rules are in place to prevent any incident that could be perceived as malpractice. The presence of any unauthorised individuals in the centre is a serious breach of protocol, which can lead to a formal investigation or result in a candidate’s disqualification from their exams.

How You Can Help

We kindly ask for your cooperation in discussing these rules with the candidate. Ensuring they arrive on time and are prepared to enter the building alone helps maintain a calm, professional atmosphere for everyone. Please be assured that our team are on hand at the entrance and throughout the centre to guide them to the right place.
