Summer ‘26 Exam Series: Timetables
It’s that time of year again! We are pleased to share that the timetables for the Summer 2026 exam series are being released this week by email.
To help you navigate this period smoothly, we’ve put together a quick guide on what to check and what to expect regarding information for your exams. We recommend reading the below information carefully.
Reviewing Your Timetable
Accuracy is key when it comes to exam dates. Once you receive your timetable, please ensure all details are correct.
- Check Your Entries: Double-check that every subject you are expecting to sit is listed.
- A Note on International GCSEs: Please be aware that International GCSEs are listed under the “GCSE” heading. To ensure you are entered for the right paper, you can verify the spec code listed next to the subject name.
- Spot an Issue? If you have any concerns or notice any errors regarding your personal details or exam entries, please contact your registered centre directly as soon as possible.
Managing Exam Clashes
If you notice two of your exams are scheduled for the same time, don’t panic! This is a common occurrence in large exam series.
If a clash does occur, your centre will reach out to you via email in due course. They will provide specific instructions regarding supervised breaks and the logistics of sitting both exams on the same day.
Introducing ProSolutions
We are constantly looking for ways to improve your experience, which is why we are currently rolling out ProSolutions, our brand-new management software.
A ProPortal account will be set up for everyone who has booked exams with us. Please keep a close eye on your inbox as you will receive an email with further details and login instructions in due course. Remember to check your spam/junk folder too!
