As we enter exam season, we want to remind everyone of our zero-tolerance policy regarding disrespectful or abusive behaviour towards our staff members.

Our team works hard to ensure a smooth and positive exam experience for all candidates, and they deserve to always be treated with courtesy and respect.

This policy applies to all interactions, whether in person, by phone, or online. Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated, and appropriate action will be taken.

We ask that all candidates, parents, and carers communicate respectfully and adhere to all rules and guidelines.
