Two New Science Practical Locations

Here at Tutors & Exams we have been working tirelessly over the last year to widen accessibility to those outside of mainstream education wishing to undertake A Level Science Practicals. Or to use the official Awarding Organisation jargon, Common Practical Assessment Criteria (CPACs). We are approved by JCQ to deliver CPACs but until very recently had only two venues available to candidates; Our dedicated laboratory in Birmingham with CPACs delivered directly by our own tutors or, alternatively, a school in London delivering CPACs on our behalf using their teaching staff and laboratories.

Thanks to ongoing negotiations these past few months we now have five venues available to deliver CPACs.  In addition to our initial Birmingham lab we now have two schools in London (one north and south of The Thames) delivering CPACs on our behalf and for the first time ever we have two fantastic venues, both schools, located in the north.  One either side of The Pennines in Bolton and Sheffield. Booking a place on one of our CPAC sessions couldn’t be simpler, just submit your application using our online application form specifying the course code shown on the lab page. You don’t even need to be sitting your Science exams with us, although we’d be very happy if you did so. If you are sitting your examinations elsewhere just ensure the entering centre who is hosting your exams is willing to accept the CPAC endorsement from Tutors & Exams.
